Return & Exchange Policy

At Gems Aspire, we believe in assisting our customers in every possible way. We ensure a positive shopping experience when our customers are visiting our website. We have a liberal Cancellation and Return policy that is aimed at providing optimum convenience for our customers.

Returns for the products will be only accepted in case the customer has received a “Defective”, “Damaged” or “Different Colored” item.

The return request must be initiated within a span of 3 days from the date of delivery via mail or our web portal.

How can I return an item I purchased on Gems Aspire?

In case you are looking for a refund or an exchange, you can return the purchased item or items within a span of 15 days of getting the order. You need to complete the whole returns chart that will be enclosed with the parcel that contains your order. Make sure that you include this returns chart with the parcel. Once these steps are carried out, you can ship the item to the return address that is provided with the return form through a well known and trusted courier service.

Important:

Make sure that the item you wish to return is unwashed and unused and is in its original condition. You should also include everything that was in the original package that you received, including labels, price tags, freebies, original packing and accessories.

Exceptions:

In some cases, it will be difficult for us to accept product returns.

  1. Return requests made outside the time frame that has been specified.
  2. If anything goes missing from the original package that you have received from us including original packing, price tags, freebies, labels, and accessories.
  3. Mishandling, or misuse, or some sort of incidental damage or malfunctioning of the product.
  4. Defective or damaged products covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Cancellations

If you select to cancel the order online prior to the shipping of the product, the whole order amount is going to be refunded back to you.

The refunds of the canceled or returned products will be credited to the original method of payment that you have used within 3-7 working days. For COD orders, we refund the product price as cashback or gift card that you can use for a future purchase with a one-year validity period. However, in case you want this cashback to be transferred to your bank account, you need to provide us with the bank account details and we are going to have the amount credited to your account.
